Administration Clerk, £16,500 - £17,000 per annum, South Leeds.

My client is a financial services company based in south Leeds who seeks and administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for processing applications for finance whilst supporting the agents with administrative requests they require. You will also assist customers on the phone where necessary.

Hours of work are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be offered a competitive salary, excellent company benefits and above all a friendly working environment.

Duties Include:

*Processing finance applications
*Updating company systems with customer information
*Assist customers over the phone with their finance enquiries
*Process payments
*Ensure FCA compliance with all documentation and communication

Skills Required:-

To be considered for this role you must have some customer service and administration experience ideally gained from regulated industry however this is not essential. You must be numerical by nature and be able to problem solve quickly. Ideally you will have worked within finance, accounts and banking, however other experience will be aonsidered should you be able to demonstrate excellent administration processing experience.
