Sales Administrator
Huddersfield - Free Parking!
Up to £27,500 pro rata
Part Time hours 9.30am - 2pm

Main Duties:
· Actively reviewing customer accounts to maximise sales potential.
· Taking new leads for potential customers.
· Assisting with the processing of orders.
· Assisting the Sales Directors
· Look for ways that systems/procedures can be improved and communicate these with management.
· First point of contact for all customers on the sales line.
· Preparing quotations for customers
· Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
· Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing.
· Look after allocated customer issues in conjunction with the appropriate regional support manager.
· Dealing with customer disputes.
· Organise collections and deliveries.
· General office administration duties
Skills Required:
· Proven record in a sales environment within our Industry
· Excellent customer service interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills
· Professional experience of general administrative and customer service tasks
· A high level of computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel
· Ability to work independently, flexibly and to use own initiative to solve problems proactively.
· Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage workloads, prioritise and work to deadlines.
· Ability to work with complete confidentiality.
· Ability to work as part of a small team.
