We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Technical Customer Champion to join our team. This role combines technical acumen with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. The position involves overseas travel and requires the ability to drive using your own vehicle.
Key Details
Target Earnings: Starting at a minimum of 34k, with the potential to achieve far higher earnings based on performance.
Travel: Overseas travel is an integral part of the role.
Driving Requirement: Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Manage and streamline purchasing processes to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and participate in overseas travel as required by business needs.
Review artwork and proofs to ensure technical and design specifications are met.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer and technical demands.
Experience
Demonstrable experience in customer service and purchasing.
Experience or familiarity with reviewing artwork and proofs is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen technical understanding.
Comfortable with frequent overseas travel.
Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
