We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the buying, selling of properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and at least 1 years experience in the property industry, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
Provide administrative support including documentation preparation and record keeping.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales negotiation is essential.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele.
