My Client a Well Established Firm in Leeds are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their Debt & Insolvency team.
Main Duties:
- File management, including opening and closing of files, in additional to administering payments and invoices.
- Assist with the compilation of court bundles.
- Arranging meetings.
- Obtaining client ID as well as the preparation of Letters of Engagement.
- General administrative tasks to complete, such as filing, photocopying, scanning and bulk letter printing.
- Regular telephone and email contact will be made with clients and other insolvency practitioners
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Capable to working to deadlines.
- Good team players but also have an ability to work to their own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
