My client are an independent Manufacturer operating in the heart of West Yorkshire who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their already well established warm & friendly team

Duties:

· Pro-actively nurture, develop and maintain existing customer base to drive and increase sales
· Effectively respond to new sales enquiries from costing to follow-up
· Complete sales estimations
· Generate quotes and tenders to optimize profitability
· Provide technical and professional experience to build customer relations
· Process new and repeat orders.
· Purchasing of raw materials.
· Process and manage orders for the Ecommerce site.
· Deal with and manage customer complaints

Person Specification:

· Previous experience, and proven record in a similar role is essential within Manufacturing environment / warehouse admin
· Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
· Must be pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts.
· Good at relationship building at all levels of an organisation.
· Self-motivated and able to organise oneself, have a drive and passion for the role and company
· Must have sound Commercial awareness.
· Must be upbeat, friendly, and professional.
· Comfortable to work within small team.
· Good team player, willing to help and support Sales colleagues.
· Excellent eye for detail is essential.
