Legal Expenses Claims Handler £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid Working!
My Client based in Croydon is looking to recruit a Legal Expenses Claims Handler within the ATE Claims team. The role of ATE Legal Expenses Claims Handler will be to assess legal expenses insurance (LEI) claims.
This team deals with assessing and managing indemnity provided to policyholders for the purpose of pursuing a range of legal action, including personal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence and insolvency.
The successful candidate will:
Have exceptional communication skills, together with a skill for evaluating legal documents.
Be enquiring and inquisitive, with the ability to identify areas of challenge and to articulate reasoned arguments to legal professionals.
Have excellent time management skills, in order to adhere to demanding service level standards and maintain an active case load.
Have previous claims handling or insurance experience, preferably in Legal Expenses Insurance
Be analytical
Have legal training, preferably a law degree
Have a good understanding of the legal industry
