Senior Sales Negotiator
Pudsey
Salary up to £25,000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm plus alternate Saturdays 9:30 - 1pm
My client an award winning Estate Agent in Pudsey are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Sales Negotiator duties:
* Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments.
* Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
* Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
* Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
* The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
* Able to achieve sales targets.
* Experience in property is essential
