Hire Desk Administrator - Normanton, £18,000 - £22,000 - Free Parking + Company Benefits!
My client are a well-established supplier to the utility industry who seek an experienced administrator to join a busy hire desk team to manage their own clients base and ensure all requests for hire are fulfilled within contractual agreements.
You will be responsible for working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700, you will be expected to work one weekend from the rota on a monthly basis.
Input orders for hire whilst checking stock lists
Ensure all customer information is correct on the system ready for invoicing
Accept and process requests for hire, reactively and planned
Liaise with clients to organise the hire of plant machinery and maintenance of the machinery whilst on site
Deal with costs and negotiations with clients liaising internally with accounts
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a full administrative role within a fast paced role, ideally from supply chain but this is not essential. You must also have grade C+ in Maths and English GCSE with good computer package exposure, specifically MS Excel. Good communication skills are essential as some client communication will be necessary.
