£21,000 to £23,000p/a (depending upon experience)
12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full Time)
One of my large, exciting clients are on the search for an efficient and proactive Team Assistant to join them in their Leeds office for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The right candidate would need to demonstrate that they too are a team player and is supportive, reliable and approachable.
Based in their Leeds office, the successful Team Assistant will be responsible for the administration of the Yorkshire portfolio and will assist the Asset Managers with the day to day aspects of their property portfolio.
*Answering and fielding telephone calls in a friendly and approachable manner
*Dealing with and recording all phone and email enquiries and forwarding onto the appropriate Asset Manager,
*Draft simple leases / renewal documentation and issue to tenants (under Asset manager instruction and supervision).
*Marketing-order boards and update availability schedule
*Extensive composition and editing of excel spreadsheets and report
*Obtaining quotes and instructing minor works, electrical certificates, asbestos surveys etc.
*Assist Asset Managers with reporting and administration
*Liaise with external advisors and professionals on all aspects of property administration
*Reception and general office administration duties
*Responsible for general running of the office (stationery, post, couriers, cleaners etc).
*Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative
*Excellent presentation and communication skills (both spoken and written).
*Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
*Experience in commercial or residential property administration beneficial
