Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator, Leeds - Free Parking, 6 Month FTC.
My client is keen to recruit an accounts payable and receivable administrator to join the finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are made in a correct and timely manner, whilst also identifying all incoming funds into the accounts and those of their client.
Working hours are 0900 - 1730 per annum, free parking is available at site as is plenty of facilities which include cafeterias, restaurants and above all a modern office with a friendly professional team.
Produce all the required daily payment reports and documents
Process daily payments in a timely manner
dispatch cheque payments
Allocate both electronic and cheque payments accurately in a timely manner to strict deadlines
Contact clients to ensure payments will be made in timely manner
Production of reports to specific deadlines
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments
Other duties related to these areas will be expected of you as part of the wider role.
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within an administration based position ideally having processed payments, dealing with ledgers and working on MS Excel. Accounts related experience is ideal however ay finance duties as part of a wider role will also be considered
GCSE Maths & English C+ is essential to apply for this role
