Administrator / Accounts Clerk, Stocksbridge (Sheffield) - c£16,000 + excellent company benefits!

My client is a vibrant estate agents based on Stocksbridge, Sheffield, who are offering an exciting administration role to assist the branch with general administration as well as accounts work which will include posting payments, chasing arrears, communicating with clients / tenants regarding their payments and other basic accounting tasks. This is an entry level / junior administrative role that can offer a driven forward thinking individual a chance to work in a busy friendly office within the ever growing property industry.

Hours of work at 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Additional benefits include 20 days holiday + bank holiday, company pension scheme and additional perks such as vouchers and discounts within the local shopping centre


*Assisting with clerical support across the branch network
*Manage meeting refreshments and equipment
*Process high volumes of information onto the company database
*Answer inbound queries and transfer calls accordingly
*Follow up payments from clients and tenants whilst recording payments accurately
*Place payments and assist with basic accounting tasks as and when required

Skills / Experience Required

To be considered for this role we would be really keen to hear from you should you have some basic administration experience gained from a professional environment that has involved customer service and the ability for you think on your feet. You do not need any accounts or finance experience for this role however excellent numeracy and communication skills that can be demonstrated at interview are essential.
