Hire Desk Controller (Night Shift) - Normanton, up to £28,000 per annum - Free Parking + Company Benefits!
My client are a well-established supplier to the utility industry who seek an experienced administrator to join a busy hire desk team to manage their own clients base and ensure all requests for hire are fulfilled within contractual agreements.
You will be responsible for working a 12 hour shift 4 days on and 4 days off, you will be expected to include weekends in your shift pattern
Responding to telematery alarms as well as emergency hire requests out of hours
Manage customer expectation during out of hours shifts whilst arranging suitable transport
Responding to breakdown requests
Create and input orders accurately for general hire and key accounts
Input data to ensure accurate CRM records
Respond promptly at all times whilst dispatching and coordinating engineers immediately as per customer request
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must have some experience working in a stand alone response driven position whilst able to manage yourself and others under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a high volume of data and maintain the CRM system. GCSE Maths & English C+
Due to the shift work pattern you will be required to be able to travel to and from site for 12 hour night shifts
