Service Controller, Normanton, £18,000 - £22,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits
My client are a well-established hire company and their Normanton depot seek a service controller to support the service managers with the overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for working 40 hours per week within the team to liaise with clients and process information for the services used by the business to produce accurate reports for management.
Working hours are 8-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Process customer calls for the Service Department; Dealing with requests from clients and customers whilst ensuring satisfaction overall
Process job sheets that are chargeable and non-chargeable
Create distribution lists and assist with the creation of management reports
Oversee the running of all service contracts
Manage any problems with the service presented by the customer to ensure all work is satisfactory
Assist the Service Manager with new initiatives to service delivery
My client would be keen to hear from you should you have any of the following experience that could transfer into this role
*Excellent customer service / communication skills gained from a fast paced supply / hire environment
*Any experience working within services before as a controller / coordinator
*Able to problem solve and work under pressure
*Excellent Administration skills; Numerate and accurate with data
