Sales Administrator, £16,000 - £18,000 per annum, Normanton, Free Parking + Excellent Company Benefits!
My client are a supplier based in Normanton who seek a sales administrator to join them. You will be responsible for working 35 hours a week within a busy role processing orders and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This company are offering a competitive basic salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays with free parking, above all you will be offered a position within a friendly outgoing team.
Working hours 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
*Processing on average 80-90 orders per day
*Maintain electronic files, ensuring details are correct for customers
*Dealing directly with customers; Providing high quality service/ proactive customer support
*Reserving stock, working closely with purchasing to ensure orders are placed
*Arrange bookings for deliveries with customers who require different methods of shipping
*Making daily checks to ensure stock is reserved and any anticipated delays to orders are communicated to customers
*Promoting and upselling stock / products to customers when accepting orders
Skills & Requirements
I would be keen to hear from you should you be able to demonstrate order processing experience gained from a fast paced environment which entails customer service and internal liaison between stock and purchasing departments. Any exposure from the supply chain industry would be ideal, other industries will be considered should you possess the following: -
*Data processing (orders)
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work in busy environments within a team
