Reception Administrator - Leeds, Free Parking, £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

My client are an establish group of companies situated in the south of Leeds (LS11). They seek a Reception Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis to manage all reception duties as well as support administratively the wider office. Hours of work are 0830 to 1700, Monday - Friday within a well presented corporate office environment that can offer parking on site and above all a friendly environment.

Your responsibility will be to coordinate and manage inbound calls across the different divisions whilst managing the meeting rooms and general facilities. You will be tasked to book travel and accommodation whilst also facilitating meetings with refreshments and equipment. Other duties will include supporting the office with general administration which will include procuring stationary, producing documents for members of staff and administering the health. Safety and visitor log.

Skills Required

To be considered for this role you must have had exposure to a reception role as a past role as well as be competent with general administration from a corporate office environment. Use of switchboards would be advantageous however this can be trained should you possess front of house experience as a minimum requirement.

This role will be demanding to support all divisions of the business therefore a high level of organisation and communication skills is essential.
