Customer Service Administrator - Normanton, £16,000 - £18,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits & Free Parking
My client are a supplier based in Normanton who seek an experienced customer service professional to join the team to assist customers with their queries regarding their products and services. You will be responsible for dealing with a high volume of calls in relation to stock availability, pricing requests and queries whilst processing orders onto the system accurately.
You will work a 35 hour week, 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and be offered a competitive salary with excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and free parking on site.
*Dealing with inbound telephone calls from customers answering queries regarding stocking, pricing and taking orders
*Assist with any complaints regarding stock delivered
*Anticipate any delays to delivery or stock availability and communicate this to the customer where necessary
*Process orders onto the CRM system accurately
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate excellent customer service experience ideally gained from the manufacturing / supply chain industry. Other experience with high volume calls will be considered, excellent communication skills are essential.
